Using the Central Document Archive
The Central Document Archive is an intelligent record-keeping system that allows you to securely collect all your legal documents in one place. Its advanced search feature lets you find any document within seconds. You can access it via the “My Contracts” menu — an easy-to-understand name for the archive interface. Contracts are tracked by status, allowing you to see who hasn’t signed yet, where the process is stuck, who has opened or read the document, all while automating most processes for you.
step

In the Contract Manager menu, select “My Contracts” to open the Central Archive interface.

step

The Contract Manager interface automatically categorizes documents into four dynamic sections, making it easy to track the status of each case. Each section is color-coded for better visual distinction.

step

Drafts:
Here you’ll find incomplete contracts you’ve started but haven’t finished filling out. If there are no drafts, this section disappears to keep your workspace clean.

step

Pending Acceptance:
This section contains documents you have received from others but haven’t yet accepted. It only appears if there are items within it.

step

Contracts Pending Signature:
This section lists all documents awaiting signatures, allowing you to instantly see which ones still require action from you or your partners.

step

Signed Contracts:
This section stores finalized agreements signed by all parties.

step

The email tracking function shows in real time which of your sent contract notifications have bounced, been delivered, or opened by recipients. This allows you to instantly spot delivery issues or confirm when your partner has viewed the contract, helping you manage communication more effectively.

step

Documents with a comment icon indicate there are feedback notes. Clicking the icon immediately opens the related comments for that contract.

step

You can assign your own internal custom statuses to contracts and filter by them in search results. This lets you track and manage internal workflows precisely.

step

On the list view, right-clicking a contract opens a context menu where you can quickly access key actions (view, copy, edit, or delete) — allowing you to perform common tasks without opening the document itself.

step

The fast, free-text search bar allows you to type any keyword or phrase, and the system instantly displays matching results from titles, content, or partner data. Opening the detailed search expands your filtering and display options — you can refine results by template, status, date range, internal label, or linked account.

step

The floating quick-action menu in the bottom right corner lets you start a new contract with a single click. This gives you instant access to templates and allows you to begin document creation without navigating through dropdown menus.
